価格にして200〜300円、これくらいのビジネスが意外におもしろい一一。初期投資を低く抑えた上で、ある程度のランニングコストを見越して価格を付ければ、低単価のビジネスであっても意外なほど儲けが出る。そもそも複雑になりようがないビジネスだから、経営分岐点を超えさえすれば、利益を一気に積み増すことができる。ここでよく取り上げている“屋台ビジネス”は、そんなおもしろさがあるから、ビジネスとしては地味だけど、投資案件としてはかなりおもしろい。（だから、中古マンション販売のこの感覚は理解できる）
